Buenos Aires, Argentina: Propaganda in Solidarity with the Revolt in Chile

More than 90 days ago in Chile, hundreds of thousands of people took to the streets in the hope that the struggle could lead to a more dignified life.

States can fight insurrectionary processes and revolts in different ways, sometimes they need nothing more than politics, gifts and democratic circuses. But when they are cornered they make use of their monopoly, which they try to show off, of violence. They seek subjugation through repression, torture and jail, creating new laws that fit their repressive process, prosecuting the wearing of hoods, increasing the penalties for looting and the defense provided by the barricades.

Thousands of people have been imprisoned and face penalties that the State expects to set examples, seeking to return to the much desired normality that governments require to function. That social peace that allows Capital to generate its immense profits based on the crumbs that the exploited receive.

But the barricades are still on the streets, action and solidarity take creative forms generating relationships that escape the logic of power and authority.

The State is stumbling, everywhere!
Free the Prisoners!
