On Wednesday, 18.12.19 at around 23:45, we as a group of anarchists set fire to the Christmas tree in Exarcheia Square, which the regime had placed there on the same morning.
Our answer to the regime is very clear:
1- Resistance in Exarcheia (and other areas) will never end.
2- We as the proletariat and the oppressed do not celebrate this festival because it is not our culture. Our culture is resistance and struggle for social revolution and our celebration is the social revolution, which will create freedom and equality in our lives.
2- The regime is trying to change the historical revolutionary face of Exarcheia but the regime should know that even massacring all of us can not change a neighborhood that has struggle as its culture.
WE ARE HERE, WE ARE GOING NOWHERE BECAUSE THIS IS OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. IT IS THE COPS AND THE RICH WHO MUST LEAVE.
Solidarity to comrade Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis.
Strength to the hunger strike of K. Sakkas.
