Athens, Greece: Chapel in Sepolia Attacked by ‘Cell of Anarchist Witches’

Our Winters are endless, our Summers are short,
No peace with the bosses.

On Monday morning, armed agents of the State and the landlords attacked two spaces of anarchist struggle and two spaces of proletarian housing.

On Monday night, like proper witches, we attacked a property of the misogynistic State institution known as the church. In the Chapel of Sepolia (Hello Giannis Antetokounmpo (1) – all us illegal immigrants are proud of you), we spray-painted many of the blessed images. By establishing ‘The Day of the Unborn Child’ (2), they are trying to restrict our autonomy over our own bodies, they should prepare themselves for ‘The Day of the Burning Church’. Amen!

Our Winters are endless, but suddenly they have become a different color when we consider the thousands of targets of the State, capital and patriarchy that are unguarded during the current phase of their attack against us.

We send greetings and kisses to our comrades in struggle in Mexico who have attacked dozens of capitalist targets, as just a small response, to the rape of a 17-year-old girl by four cops.

We also do not forget the left scum, who supported the nationalist mire of Macedonia, nor the leftist State and their concentration camps, squat evictions and slave labor, which paved the way for the current repression.

Solidarity with all those who were arrested.
You will never take our squats.
We will defend ourselves by attacking the property of the State, capital and patriarchy.

Translation notes:
(1) Sarcastic reference to Giannis Antetokounmpo, a Greek-Nigerian basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks team in the US National Basketball Association (NBA). Giannis is a Christian and has publicly stated that his life motto is “Walk By Faith, NOT by sight!”

(2) Refers to the Church’s decision last month to establish the first Sunday after Christmas as the “Day of the Unborn Child.
